人気店は待ち店舗だった
材料を多く用意しないとならないし、食品ロス問題にならないの？
日暮里の「たらく」はメニューが多すぎて選べられないし、もし、全メニュー頼む者いるんですかね?（笑）海鮮店で1,000円以下で食べられるのはコスパがいいですね！こんなメニューいっぱいだとアイドル等の曲とダンスを覚えるみたいに作るのが大変ではないでしょうか?
褒めた言い方してるけど、こんなメニュー量を容認している社長や店主の下で働いてる従業員が気の毒に思えるよ。
お客さんの要望を最優先で、従業員への負担軽減はそれ程考えて無さそうだし。
逆にこんだけメニューあってアレンジきかない食材どうすんやろ

お寿司屋さんの店長は、社長が買っちゃった魚をどう料理するかを考えて出しているから料理人としての腕前はかなりアップしているんだろうな。
食材の在庫だらけだなあ。
最期の多国籍料理店、メニューが多いだけじゃなくて凄く安くて美味しそう
壁に貼ってるだけのお店のは見づらくて結局いつもの頼みそう

これが出来るのは、どんぶり勘定の家族経営のお店位ではないか？
料理屋でシンプルに自信あるなら、メニューが一品のみの店するよね。
うちの県だとラーメン屋とカレー屋がある。
