This sesame tofu.

This is a truffle. It is made with two white mushrooms.

This is steamed abalone.

This is Kyoto beef.

Here are four types of sashimi.

Tuna, squid, shrimp and Red snapper.

Please add wasabi and soy sauce to the sashimi.
Enjoy it!

Next is a seasonal dish.

Squeeze the lemon on the shrimp and eat the shrimp with salt.

It has salt on it, so please eat it without adding anything.

This is sesame tofu.

There are green onions and radishes on it.

This is steamed abalone.

It has“ Salted mullet roe sprinkled on it.

Please eat it without adding anything.

Here is the last tempura.

It is Kyoto beef.

Please eat it with mustard and soy sauce.

Here is a salad.

There are crispy potatoes on it.

There is salted plum underneath, so please mix it all together.

There are five types of pickles.

It is “Ochazuke” tempura.

Please blend in the wasabi to enjoy it.

Pour in the tea.

Finally, we have seasonal fruits and white wine jelly.

There is also red and white bean paste tempura.

Слабо для 200 usd. Imho конешно. Но я бы беляшей или чебуреков навернул фритюрных, плюс томатного сока. Доллара бы в 3-4 уложился.

新幹線の車内雑誌で宣伝をよく見かけるので気になっていました。関東の天ぷらは素材其の儘が主流ですが、流石。手の込んだものですね!

Its a fantastic experience but I think its a little more for the locals. I went for lunch and had a wonderful time but its not english friendly.

Japanese food set menu course is almost like art and each small bite actually bring the taste of what it use.. I’m really enjoy my time when I was at Japan for a week.. gain almost 6kg.. but no regret since every food there is really enjoyable and fun.. wish covid gone so I could start travel again with my family..
