I watch a lot of Japanese restaurant stories on YouTube. I enjoy seeing the owners and chefs prepare delicious dishes for their customers. This video about the owner/chef, his restaurant, and his passion with the dishes he makes for his guests is the most inspirational one I’ve ever seen. If I get to travel to Japan, I want to eat at his restaurant and meet him. Amazing man, amazing story, amazing food. Blessings!

だし巻き切るときに、慣れすぎて雑になってもおかしくないに、一切り一切りを丁寧にやってるのが素晴らしい。

Потом ещё и посуду помыл и убрал, и плиту отдраил, и зал в порядок привёл… “Молоток” парень, выше всяких похвал. До утра….. Это алес! Потом ещё и кроссовки поехал выбирать)). 👍👍👍✌️
This chef has reinspired my passion for cooking. I could relate on getting into cooking through my grandma teaching me simple cooking. My love of cooking grew seeing people reactions to my cooking. After working in different restaurants, I started to lose my passion as a chef and a cook. I took a break traveled the states for a bit. I returned home and worked at a bakery for a bit. It didn’t spark my passion for cooking. I felt lost as heck still. I tried out another place to see if I still enjoyed cooking. My current restaurant has people I actually enjoy working with and I’m relearning a lot of things I’ve lost through cooking. Watching how genuine and passionate this chef is made me realize what I’m in in for. Not the money. I’m in for the ride to perfect my craft, learn, growth, and the community. Everyone should be able to enjoy foods. I’m happy if I can be apart of a dish that can make a person smile or react because I’m putting my heart and soul onto a plate. My new goal is to save up and eat at this restaurant within a year to try the Tamagoyaki.
