I was inspired by the healthy food you make, when you cook rice with squid mix, I was surprised because it was the first time I saw it cook like this.
I also like the vegetable salad that you make a combination of cucumber and orange which looks fresh, I hope I have the opportunity to make a meal like yours.

Lean poultry turns out best when cooked gently and just to the point of doneness. I brown chicken breast then add it, cut up, to seasoned brown rice and quinoa to finish through. My fav meal of late….delicious, nutritious and filling without being heavy.
