焼きいもだけじゃなくて、日々の食卓でさつまいもをもっと摂取したい、、、そんな気持ちでいろいろ試しているここ最近です。
先日コミュニティ投稿でシェアしていただいたレシピも試してみました！
本当に何にでも合う優秀なイモだと改めて実感しています笑
じゃがいもはあまりたくさん食べれないんですけど、不思議とさつまいもに置き換えるとサクサク箸が進のはなぜ、、、、もう魅力にどっぷり使っています😂
おかず系さつまいもも引き続きですが、スイートポテトをはじめおやつ系さつまいももいろいろ作ってみたいと思っています！

Does the sweet potatoes in Japan taste different from the sweet potatoes in the UK? Funnily enough we got a veg delivery with a load of sweet potatoes as we love them as well. You’ve given me excellent ideas to cook them! Also, can Hige give us his fried chicken recipe? It looks insanely good! And last but not least – you are rocking your new hair!

Yeah Sweet potatoes, my favourites. I put them into curries, stews, had them yesterday in a vegan Caribbean pumpkin bean soup, Korean vegetable pancakes, in chocolate mud cake. But my quickest snack is to peel one, cut into thick rounds, sprinkle a tiny bit of salt flakes, cinnamon and steam in the microwave until tender. Afterwards I just drizzle Date Syrup and devour.. We only can buy Sweet potatoes with orange flesh, not the white ones.

I am not a fan of sweet potatoes. I only eat them once a year, at Thanksgiving. And sometimes not even then, though it’s a tradition. But your dishes looked delish! Thanks so much for sharing. 💖💖

Je suis surpris de voir une japonaise faire un tajine 👍 je suis d’origine algérienne et je peut vous dire que vous avez les bon ingrédients pour faire un bon tajine, le cumin et une épice que j’affectionne énormément. Si je peut vous donnez un petit secret 🤫 : associé le cumin avec de l’huile d’olive avec des oignons mettre la viande et cuire à feu doux quelques minutes, ensuite versé l’eau et les légumes
