岸本惠理子(Kishimoto Eriko)是一位被朋友們稱為“街頭料理人”的出差廚師。原本在廣告代理行業工作的她,因為熱愛料理,30歲時覺得人生應該邁入新階段,於是辭職去意大利馬爾凱區倡導Slow Food理念的學校,系統學習了意大利各個地區的傳統料理,並以“只想以當時當地為當下的客人做菜”的想法,進入了出差料理的行業。
Dubbed by her friends “street cook”, Kishimoto Eriko is a catering chef. She worked in an advertising agency before becoming a chef. When she was turning 30, she decided to bring her life into a new stage, so she resigned and went to a culinary institute propagating Slow Food concept in Marche, Italy. There she studied traditional food of different regions of Italy and later became a catering chef who “cooks for guests right here right now”.
