It’s a salad and sandwich fusion combo.
After a night of drinking there was nothing better than getting food like this in Seoul.
I am not big on vegetables so I would always just get ham, egg, and cheese. Some places you could get spicy ramen on the sandwich which actually is really good.
Rather have smaller portions, why do people like to slobber them self ? Even if you share always makes a mess when sharing

Pretty smart putting heaps of lettuce. Makes the samwich look massive.
But when a person cooks, he/she sweats, and that sewat goes to the food. It does not have anything to do with washing your hands once in the morning. Use gloves, PERIOD
