This really brought tears to my eyes. You could tell how hard everyone worked and how much they were appreciated. Wishing them the best in the future.

I’m watching this in America, and I’m a former cook in a restaurant (now Electrical engineer), and feel saddened that this amazing restaurant isn’t being continued by a new young generation. So many countries have fewer young people and a large retired population that it’s not how it should be. God bless you all.
Love the passion they show in feeding thousands of people everyday consistently delicious, generous portions and reasonably priced food. Good luck and hope they do come back some day and welcome customers with or without the coupons.
I don’t even live in Japan, but I feel teary thinking about this place closing. It’s so popular, it’s a shame someone couldn’t have taken it over. I understand the owners are tired and have worked hard, may they have a peaceful retirement 🙏
