煮到超級嫩的雞肉

雞翅 Chicken wings—10片
馬鈴薯 Potato—2個
紅蘿蔔 Carrot—50g
洋蔥 Onion－1/2個
四季豆 Green beans—6支
蒟蒻絲 Konjac—150g
高湯 Dashi—500cc
清酒 Sake—2大匙
味淋 Mirin—1大匙
砂糖 Sugar—1/2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—2大匙
