I know fried alligator is really good. I imagine this is similar. I would definitely recommend trying either if you get the opportunity. It may seem out there to some but you won’t regret trying it.

I’ve had gator/croc deep fried. Tastes liken chicken. A bit gamey but not too bad. Also had it in a gumbo. Pretty tasty.
I’ve never had crocodile before. I wonder if it tastes as good as alligator because that is some goooood eatin 😋
