It’s got to easily be one of the hardest jobs on the planet to run and operate a successful restaurant. I love how this culture is so respectful of their customers. The owner has been doing this for 48 years! I have so much respect for him.

Kudos to the older man, the owner, for such amazing work ethic (he’s not that much older than me). I enjoyed watching this immensely, and perhaps it reminds me of my years working in restaurants as a young man (15-20 years old).

These people really work hard for their living. When things get busy, which by the looks of the video, is all the time, even the serving staff get involved in cooking small items like frying the pot-stickers. I cook Chinese food a lot, and so can tell that the cooking is of high quality, with no skimping on expensive ingredients. Well done Japanese Noodles, on capturing the complete flow of activity, from start to finish. Excellent video!

I just wanna know how does this man sleep ?, he’s the last to leave at 9pm , he gets back to prepare the food in the morning at 7am, stays all day and all night, god bless him hard labor is all I would have to say, good job
