For instance, on the carrots, we would just “chop” them up into pieces since we would be eating them with a fork or spoon; but, since you have to be able to pick them up individually, they have to be a certain size. Honestly, I don’t think I have ever heard of “carrot wedges”; I might have worded it like this: “Use a half of a carrot. Cut into slices, then cut the slices into fourths” (as in 1/4ths). I don’t know if that would translate better for you. Anyhow, thank you so much for this week’s entertainment, and I hope you are feeling better!
