武漢第一家開始賣油餅包燒麥!
雖然店名叫趙師傅天天紅油熱乾麵,但他家有名的卻不只是熱乾麵,油餅包燒麥人氣更熱。油餅用老麵團發酵而成,老麵賦予了油餅更為紮實的口感。
熱騰騰的高溫現炸油餅,油餅炸的很厚實,趁熱將剛出鍋的熱油餅切開一口,然後將四個剛出籠的燒麥放進去,圓滾滾的一個油餅包燒麥就製作好了。
趙師傅天天紅油熱乾麵,看著樸實平凡的一家店,人氣卻極高,熟客頗多,甚至好多熟客穿越大半個武漢來吃它,可見得他有多熱門!
